[Coca] thank you cards

Hey Alex,
   Sorry for not getting that e-mail sent out to you earlier. I've had tons to
do/sleep deprived and we'd still been trying to figure out our account(s). For
making thank you notes all you need to do is go to duplications and ask if they
could make up one hundred 5x7 cards with the Hampshire tree logo stamped on
front, to be charged to account 611. To get there, take the library elevator to
groundfloor, and when you get out PubSafety is on your left and there's a
hallway to your right. Take that right and then a second right, and
duplications will be down that hallway on the right side. For what to have
written in them, they can simply say "Thank you" or "COCA wishes to thank you"
but I below is a possible thing to have printed (unless anyone thinks it needs
to be changed) that I think might be best:

"We wanted to thank you for your help in making Hampshire Halloween 2007 a
success. We all greatly appreciated having you here to make the night a safe
and fun event for well over two thousand guests, students, staff, and faculty,
and also for being a part of bringing together one of the most well known
celebrations in the valley.
Wishing you a happy holidays, "

I don't know how backed up duplications would be and how busy you are so I don't
know whether it'd be done before Thursday's meeting, which is okay. Thanks for
your help Alex. Good luck with the end of the semester!
