[Clusterusers] Upgrades to rack 2

Hi all,

    Much of rack 2 has been upgraded from L5520 processors to L5460
processors, which have the best performance/watt of any processor that
fits in that socket. These are now the fastest machines in rack 2,
without using any more power than before. Enjoy.
