[Clusterusers] Old job deletion

Hi all,

    I'm going to delete all jobs from the tractor interface that were
spooled before August 2016. Tom, I see your one job that was originally
spooled 8/10 that has two tasks still running, which is why I'm not
going more recent - is that job still useful, I assume?

    Any objections? I can save any that people still need for some reason...
