[Clusterusers] compute-2-3 crashed

I spoke too soon - looks like it didn't crash, the switchport it was
plugged into died. That switch has been slowly dying for a few weeks
now. Replacing it, which may cause some short events that look like
nodes are down but they're not - it shouldn't interrupt any jobs.
