[Clusterusers] Power outage

I don't think it was a Hampshire thing. I lost power at home at 7:19 PM
last night, and I'm 2 miles away.

Could the second one have been at 4:45 AM, instead? That's when we got
power back, and maybe that stressed the network enough so that it was
felt here.
