[Clusterusers] New experimental node

Hello all,
    I have built a new experimental node that prioritizes energy
efficiency, within practical limits, rather than our traditional model
of maximizing price/performance. It's compute-1-5, and it should be a
very significant upgrade in performance over the old one (which was a
Phenom II X4 945 with 8GB of RAM), though it's also a big step down in
power usage. The new machine is an Intel i3-4370 with 32GB of RAM, which
should use around 33W total system power or less at idle, and only about
25W more than that under full load, compared to well over 100W for the
old system. Try it out, let me know what you think! :)
