[Clusterusers] more power issues

Hi there,

    Some parts of rack 2 appear to be having power supply-related
issues, in particular compute-2-22 through 25. I have replaced the power
supply in that chassis and there was some collatoral damage with 26-29
as it had an extra power supply in it and I assumed they were redundant
- not so... so those nodes went down too. Everything will be back up
shortly, sorry for the lost runs, but I think it was pretty random (as
in had nothing to do with the runs themselves)
