[Clusterusers] Brief fly downtime again

Hi folks,
    I'm having some weird drive slowness that I'm going to try to
resolve. It will require turning fly off very briefly. Piper, you're the
only one who has anything running, and I'm pretty sure that things will
resume where they left off when I bring it back up. You may need to
retry errors on a few frames, but possibly not even that.
    I'll email again when it's back up.
