[Clusterusers] Cluster going down for the week

Hi guys, 

I plan to shut the cluster down for the week tonight, due to the
numerous power outages we will be having. If it's critical to anyone
that I bring it up during the day on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday,
let me know, but I'll have to shut it down again at night. 

It'll be back up again a week from tomorrow at the latest.
