[Clusterusers] MORE power outages

We had no fewer than FIVE power outages this weekend. I have gotten most 
of the nodes back up now. I'm looking into more UPSes and we are also 
making inquiries with physical plant about what could possibly be 
causing this. It's the power company, they say, but this is obviously 
unacceptable.
