[Clusterusers] power outage

Ah! Good (in a way). That explains a bunch of my processes "going red" 
today. I retried them, and they seem to be going OK. Ganglia reports 
1-1, 4-2, and 4-3 as down, but I'm not sure if that was true before the 
power outage.
