[Clusterusers] Alfred update

Hi cluster users.

Josiah and I have been pushing a lot of work through the cluster recently,
and it seems (knock on wood) that we've got a good handle on how to use
alfred to spawn and control jobs.

I'm writing with an offer to introduce the system to any of you,
particularly because it will work best if we're all using the same system to
distribute our work.
