[Climbing] update

Hey Climbers,

Most important thing is to communicate with your signers Cam, Joel, Hallie and we can pay for and do fun things together.

We have a facebook group (not page) that has been very helpful for communication. http://www.facebook.com/groups/207156172756453/

Anyway here are some results...

1. CRG group membership is now ready. 3 month commitment from 2/1 to 5/1. every 10 ppl who sign up makes the price go down $5 a month. Its fine if you haven't signed up yet talk to the front desk and ask for a Hampshire climbers coalition membership contract. New members have initiation fee waived.

Make sure to let me know you if you want in because I approve people into the membership (this can happen before or after you sign up). Current Hampshire student and faculty are welcome. Questions or concerns talk to andy (manager at crg) or me. 

Still working on hampshire subsidization. 

2. Trip to Climbing Competition Saturday 2/16/2013 in Valhalla, NY at The Cliffs at Valhalla "Feats of Strength 8" . 

People can come to spectate or compete. ALL abilities welcome.

 3. Setting clinic on sunday at 430pm Cave RCC 2/17/2013

pete clark (HCCC founder) and pete ward (Head of ne2c (http://www.ne2cproductions.com/)) are putting on a sick setting clinic. these guys are hampshire alumni and are famous in the climbing world!

4. Van will start going to CRG on Tuesdays next week at 5pm til whenever works.

5. Funding approved for red river gorge guide book. 

New things/ still working on...

1. Need interested people in spring break trip to Red River Gorge. I will make an event on facebook group. 

2. Buying new holds

3. team practice?
