Climbers Coalition,

This is what we are working on right now

Funding requests:
-$500 central rock passes (same a earlier deal ($5 for college + $3 from hampshire student))
-subsidized memberships: list of ppl for pam (email signers (climbing-owner at list.hampshire.edu) if you want one.) 20 people = $380 in start up fees (although we should easily get this wiped) + $500 a month for $25 of each individuals' $45 a month fee. I think the first 20 should get this. 
-$ for volumes and new holds: ask earl (asana, nicros) also related to prodeals
-party $: budget and time (start with a once a month $100 for a community gathering)
-wash solution from so-ill (look up cost on so-ill's website)

Beating liability: strategic plans for the future
-have a meeting with elizabeth J carmicheal (Director of Compliance and Risk Management 
Five Colleges, Incorporated) about being able to lead hampshire funded student rock climbing trips outside 
-ways to get “certified” to teach and lead
-how to use wall without staff people at the wall
Things to do now:
-get defensive drivers / reserve vans to get people to CRG / take DD Class at hampshire (one coming up this weekend)
-write sponsorship emails: talk to Earl for advice
-pro deals: pro bar, climb on, mammut, osprey pecks, la sportiva, five ten, arctyrex 

email your signers at climbing-owner at lists.hampshire.edu 
-if you would purchase a membership if it was $20 a month.
-if you are a defensive driver or want to be a DD
-if you have ideas about any of this
-if you have experience writing sponsorship emails
-if you want to go climbing at Central Rock Gym
