Climbers,

Here are some upcoming events with the Climbers’ Coalition. Get out  
your calendar and mark these down:

September 26th-28th: Nor’easter Climbing Festival in Rumney, NH. A  
weekend of climbing spruced up with live bands, clinics with pro  
climbers, camping with friends, and all done with the environment in  
mind (the event will be 90% waste free.) Ficom has given us generous  
funding and will be covering all expenses except food. We have enough  
funding to cover admission for 10 people, so get back to us soon if  
you want to come.

October 10th-14th: October Break Trip to the Gunks in New Paltz, NY.  
Join us for several days of trad climbing. Note: OPRA is also running  
a trip to Rumney, NH during this time. This OPRA trip is better suited  
for beginners, as OPRA has gear for people who don’t.

October 18th-19th: Back to Rumney, NH for the weekend.

OPRA is also running a climbing trip to Spain over Jan Term.

We also have weekly climbing meetings every Tuesday in the RCC Cave @  
8. Come by for climbing and pizza. This coming Tuesday will be an  
informational meeting for the Nor’easter, so be sure to attend if you  
are interested in coming.
