Hello!
I am taking a microbiology class this semester called infections of leisure and
we are getting started on our final projects.  As climbing is an incredible
activity that is tons of fun, I figured that it would be a logical area to conduct
research.  My hope is to take samples of finger tips after a set amount of time
climbing on the wall, or after a certain number of climbs in the cave.  This will
not involve doing anything painful or harmful to your body, all I will do is swab
your fingers with a q-tip.  If you are interested in participating please let me
know, I will most likely be testing at the wall this Thurs. (March 24) from 3:30
-5:30 and will set a cave date soon!  The more the merrier! Thanks a bunch!
Smiles! :)
                             ~Erin

P.S. If you can think of any more on-campus climbers to send this to please do, I
sent it to as many as I could think of, but I'm sure there are more!
