[Climbing] Banner Hang

Thank you to those of you who responded to my email. 

Intially we would like to hang the banner between the two pillars on the 
library where the bell is. The banner is going to be 12X8. I think noon would 
be the best time to do it because that is the busiest part of the day where the 
majority of people will see it. 

As for the rules, I don't know. I'm will to take full responsibility for 
whatever the consequences are. I know people have hung banners in the past but 
I don't know any of them personally so I don't know whether they've ever gotten 
into trouble or not.

We will be working on the banner this weekend and will have it finished by next 
week. I want to invite you all to the film screening later on friday night with 
lots of homemade cookies and cider.
