I can take the additional 3-6pm, and then stay on for my regular 6-9pm.<div><br></div><div>Blythe<br><br>On Monday, February 27, 2023, Suzanne Karanikis <<a href="mailto:smkLO@hampshire.edu">smkLO@hampshire.edu</a>> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><div dir="ltr">Hi All,<div><br></div><div>I am once again writing to ask for volunteers to work tomorrow <b>if the college closes due to the impending snowstorm</b>. We are expecting 4-6 inches of snow overnight, so if the college closes staff will stay home and the library will remain open with student workers. We need to have two students working per shift. We need 2 students for the 9am-noon shift, an additional student on from 12-3, and an additional student from 3-6. If you are willing to work, please let me know and tell me which shift you would be willing to work. I would like to have a tentative schedule in place by the time I leave at 4:00 today. Campus Safety staff would be opening the library for the students who are scheduled to work. I will send an email to Safety and the opening student workers with opening instructions.</div><div><br></div><div><b>This plan will only be used if the college closes and classes are canceled. If the college has a delayed opening, or no delays at all, I will come to open the library as usual. Contact me if you have any questions about this email. If you are hesitant to take extra hours because you think you will use up your work study allotment, don't worry, we are able to pay you out of a different budget when your work study runs out. </div><div><br></div><div>Thank you,</div><div><br></div><div>Suzanne</div><div><div><div dir="ltr" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div>----</div><div>Suzanne Karanikis</div><div>pronouns: she/her</div><div>Access Services Supervisor<br>Harold F.
