<p>We need to post our end of semester hours soon. I am writing to ask you all to let me know when is the last day that you can work this semester. We would like to have regular hours through at least Friday, May 13, and preferably through Sunday, May 15. However, we are still one staff person short, so we are relying heavily on all of you to keep us open. Please let me know the date of your last shift when you know it. </p>
