<p>Hello All,</p>

<p>Here is the temporary schedule I came up with for the next couple of weeks, based on the availability you gave me.  I gave everyone at least 2 shifts, and 3 if you had enough availability.  If I only gave you 2 shifts and you would like 3, let me know, and we can find another slot for you on the schedule.  If I mistakenly scheduled you for a shift for which you are not available, please let me know that too.  This schedule should  start tomorrow, so long as no one's availability has changed since they sent me their schedules.</p>
