{InfoBar} Last Required Day of Work Sunday, 5/14, and Open Shifts

Hi All,

*This is a reminder that you are working regular shifts through Sunday,
5/14 (weekend one).  *If you are scheduled to work and are leaving before
then, please post for subs.  This is a critical time of the semester for
everyone, so we want to remain open for all of our posted hours.

Alex posted for subs and these shifts have not yet been claimed:
Sunday, 5/7, 6-9pm
Monday, 5/8, 6-9pm
Tuesday, 5/9, 9-midnight

Please post to the list if you are able to take these shifts.  After
classes end on May 5, you can work up to 29 hours a week, so you are able
to work more hours than you are regularly scheduled to work.  If you are
scheduled to work a day shift but  are willing to take one of these night
shifts instead, please do so and let me know.  Matt, Nebraska, and I can
cover the day shifts, we don't want to have to close the library early if
there is not enough coverage at night.

You are still eligible to work if you are on campus after the 14th.  For
the week leading up to Commencement, we will be open:

Monday - Friday, May 15 - 19, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday, Commencement, 10am-3pm

There is a temporary schedule on the bulletin board behind the InfoBar for
the week of the 15th.  Shifts are 9am-noon, noon-3, or 3-5. You can sign up
for as many shifts as you want, for up to 29 hours.  Let me or Matt know if
you want to work on Commencement.  Only sign up for shifts that you are
positive that you can work.
