Hello All,

I write with a reminder that it is never ok to show up to work while under
the influence of alcohol or drugs. In fact, doing so is grounds for
termination, as stated in both the Library
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/0B70OlAR8NCgYZVF1YXAtOGh0VUk/edit?resourcekey=0-RW96RfOyOPmgW5TD6WtOkA>
and
Student Employment
<https://intranet.hampshire.edu/system/files/2022-2023_on_campus_work_contract.pdf>
contracts that you signed. While you are working, you are tasked with a
lot of responsibility for the building and its users, particularly when you
are working without a supervisor. If you are working under the influence,
you may not make the best decisions, particularly when faced with an
emergency. It's also not safe for you, since we have lots of stairs and
your ability to navigate them may be impaired.

Please do not use drugs or alcohol before your shifts, but if for some
reason you do, post for a sub rather than coming in under the influence.

Please talk to me, Nebraska, or Matt if you have questions about this email.

Best,

Suzanne
