Hi All,

I'm just writing to remind you all, in case you didn't see the campus
announcement, that masks are required once again. Don't forget that you
need to test twice a week on non-consecutive days for the next two weeks.
More information about masks and testing can be found on the intranet
<https://intranet.hampshire.edu/news/masking-asymptomatic-testing-changes-effective-immediately>
.

Students have been hired to work in the Student Diagnostic Center on the
library's 3rd floor. Students who work in the DC have been approved to
borrow key #103. When you scan their ID in Check Out, a note will display
indicating that you should check out key #103 to them. Please make sure to
hit the Close button in the bottom left of the key note box and not Delete
Note, or else you will accidentally delete the note. As a safeguard, I
placed a copy of the list of students approved to use the key in the
headcount binder. Check this list if a student says they have permission
to borrow a key but there is no note in their record. Matt, Nebraska, and I
will all soon be checking to make sure you are able to get in to the locked
key box in order to check out keys. The code has not yet changed, it is
still 8537. Turn the knob on the box to the left once or twice to clear
it. Then enter the code and turn the knob once to the right and pull the
door open.

Thanks, and have a good weekend!

Suzanne
