{InfoBar} Key Permissions - Gallery

Hi all,

There will be 2 Div III shows in the gallery in the next couple of weeks.
There are 3 students exhibiting their work in each show.  Each student is
able to borrow a set of gallery keys, and each has a note indicating this
in their record.  I just want to point out that the note indicates that
each student may borrow key 105, 106, OR  108.   All of the key sets are
identical, so we have one for each student since they don't always install
and de-install their work at the same time.  Gallery keys check out for 3
days, so they have them the whole length of their shows.

A question came up yesterday about faculty and staff borrowing the gallery
keys.  It is always ok to lend them out to faculty and staff.  Sometimes
they can't get over to see one of their students' shows while the student
has the gallery open, so it is ok to check a set out to them if one is
available.  If none of the 3 sets is available, Nebraska, Rachel, Matt,
Tatjana, or I could let them in with a staff key.
