Hi Suzanne,
Good Afternoon! I apologize that I would be not able to
attend today’s meeting .
Here my available schedules are given below .

1.Saturday: 3-6pm (weekend shift) I can work every Saturday or every 
other week as well if that will be fine with us.
2.Tuesday:6-9pm (late Evening shift)
3.Friday: 3-6pm (week days shift)
  Let me if there is anything I have to change .I am working only in 
Library this spring.
