Hello Everyone! 

I hope you have all had a relaxing break!  Sam, Matt, Rachel, and I are
all ready to welcome you back to the library!  You are receiving this
email because I am expecting you to continue working at the library.  If
this is not the case, please let me know ASAP so that I can hire another
student in your place. 

We will operate on a temporary schedule from Monday, 1/24 - Monday,
1/31.  We will be open from 8:30am - 5pm just Monday-Friday during this
period.  Shifts will be 9am-noon, noon-3pm, and 2-5pm.  The schedule is
posted on the bulletin board outside the circulation office.  If you
want to claim shifts early you can email me directly, or you can stop by
and put your name on the schedule.  I will put you on shifts in the
order I receive your messages.  It would be great if you could all sign
up for 3 shifts in this week.   

I AM ASKING THAT YOU NOT START WORKING UNTIL YOU'VE GOTTEN A NEGATIVE
TEST RESULT BACK ON YOUR FIRST COVID TEST DONE ON CAMPUS ON SUNDAY,
MONDAY, OR TUESDAY.  SEE THIS ANNOUNCEMENT [1]FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT
TESTING. 

We will have the schedule meeting on Monday, 1/31, at 5pm on the
library's first floor.  You will pick your shifts for the rest of the
semester at that meeting.  Regular spring shifts will start on Tuesday,
2/1. 

We have several openings for the spring semester, so please tell your
friends we are hiring.  Here [2] is the link to the application.  I am
looking to have all new students hired before the schedule meeting on
1/31. 

If you had another job during the fall semester, I will be emailing you
individually to confirm how many hours you would like to work this
semester.
