{InfoBar} Time Cards Are Due / Posting For Subs

Hi Everyone, 

Please submit your time card by 1:30pm on Monday for hours worked
through tomorrow. 

A reminder about posting for subs.  When you post, please use this
format in the subject line: Sub Request Day of the Week, Date, Time of
Shift.  It makes it a lot easier for us supervisors, and your coworkers,
to know at a glance exactly what shift you are posting about.  Likewise,
when you reply to take on one of these shifts, please insert the word
Covered: in front of the subject line so that we easily know which shift
you are taking.  When multiple students are posting for subs in a short
time period, it can be a little hard to keep up with the open and
covered shifts, but more clarity in the subject line can help us all
keep things straight.
