[Circulation] Recording the head count

Hey everyone,

I'm in the process now of putting the data from the head count binder 
into Google Sheets, and I'm finding a lot of numbers that are written 
very faintly or sloppily, sometimes to the point that I legitimately 
can't make out what they're supposed to be. Please make sure to write 
the results of the head count as legibly as you can from now on so that 
we can utilize all the head count data you gather.
