[Circulation] Holds on Reshelving

Hello All,

I have been noticing lately a lot of Hampshire books that are supposed 
to be on hold for patrons ending up on the reshelving carts. Please when 
you are checking items in pay attention to alerts that pop up on the 
screen. If there is a quick alert that pops up with someone's name this 
needs to go on the hold shelf for them.
