[Circulation] Timecards Are Due / Schedule Verifications / Contact List

Hi All, 

Time cards are due for hours worked through tomorrow, Saturday. Please
submit your time card by midnight, Sunday. If you are a new student,
include the 2 hours we spent training on Monday night. All students who
attended the schedule meeting will include time spent at the meeting. If
you do not have a time card on the hub you probably did not fill out a
work contract. If you do not submit a timecard by Sunday night you will
have to wait until the next pay period to be paid. 

I just sent schedule verifications to all students who have hours on the
regular schedule. Please let me know if you did not get one. 

Lastly, I've attached a copy of the contact list to this email. Please
make sure I've listed your number correctly. There is a hard copy of the
contact list in the blue binder under the sensitizing machine at the
InfoBar. A copy will be placed on the InfoBar Moodle site. More
information about the InfoBar moodle will be sent out next week.
