[Circulation] PLEASE CHANGE THE SUBJECT LINE WHEN YOU TAKE A SUB REQUEST, and Confirmation of Shifts Covered

Hello All,

Do you all see now why I ask you to change the subject line of a sub
request email when you reply to take it??? By simply changing the
subject line to Taken: Date, or Covered: Date, we will all know at a
glance which shifts have been claimed.

That being said, this is what I think I got out of those sub requests
and responses:

Caroline for Shelby Saturday, 4/7, 10am - 2pm

Xiaoxi for Mel Sunday, 4/8, 8:30pm - midnight
Xiaoxi for Choedup, Thursday, 4/12, 12:30 - 4pm

Bri for Choedup, Monday, 4/16, 4 - 8pm

Open Shift: Thursday, 4/12, 8pm - midnight

Please let me know if this is not your understanding of the sub
arrangements made in the last 24 hours.
