[Circulation] Carrels request process S'17

Hello circ staff:
Welcome back!

Just letting you know that applications for library study carrels for 
S'17 opened on January 4th, and will close on February 1st.

You may get patrons asking at the desk about this process, so here are a 
few common questions and where to find answers:

1) how to apply: flyers available at the InfoBar, or refer them to the 
Library's website (search the Hamp site for "carrels" and you'll find it)
2) closing date: Feb 1st. All applicants will be notified by email of 
the outcome of their application
3) check the google sheet to see carrel assignments (updated daily). 
This could come in handy if patrons can't recall if they heard back 
about their application, or don't remember who their carrel mate is, 
etc. This link is on the 'Carrel Request Process' tab of the InfoBar 
Employee LibGuide.
4) what if they have other questions? Direct them to email:
