[Circulation] "Disavowed" Error in ILLiad

Hello All, 

Some patrons have been having been getting error messages that their
accounts have been "disavowed" while using their InterLibrary Loan
accounts. Please suggest the following steps if you encounter one of
these patrons: 

If you are still having this "disavowed" error, please take the
following steps: 

- clear your browser cache 
- close your browser 
- reopen your browser
- try again 

If these suggestions do not solve the issue please send all
troubleshooting information (user, browser type and any relevant
screenshots) to libtech at hampshire.edu and asbLO at hampshire.edu so that we
may further work to resolve the issues. 

And a reminder, Veronica is the staff person who requests all the
articles and the books not owned in 5C. Please direct ILL questions
(separate from the issue above) to her at ill at hampshire.edu.
