[Circulation] Times for Weekday Shifts

Hi All, 

There has been some confusion regarding the times of the first and
second shifts of the day. The first shift runs from 9am-12:30pm, and the
second runs from 12:30-4pm. Please talk to me if you are scheduled for
what you thought was the 1pm shift and are not able to arrive at 12:30.
