[Circulation] MANDATORY SCHEDULE MEETING MONDAY, 9/12, 5:30PM

Hi All, 

The mandatory schedule meeting will be held Monday at 5:30pm in the Hill
Urbina Room on the 3rd floor. Returning students, please note the
location change. We are no longer allowing food and drinks in the
Bradford Room so we had to move our meeting. Please come with your
course and meeting schedules so that you know exactly when you are able
to work. You will draw numbers and pick shifts in that order. I will
email Janel in Student Employment to see exactly how many hours each of
you is able to work. We will have Sibie's pizza delivered after we've
done the scheduling. Please let me know if you have any food allergies
so that I make sure I order something that you can eat. The schedule
that you choose Monday will be the schedule you will work for the fall
semester. The regular schedule begins on Tuesday, 9/13, and next weekend
will begin weekend one. 

Welcome to our new hires: Mel, Lucia, Choenyi, Joshua, Lily, and Rejjia.
A note to the newbies, if you reply to a message that I post to this
list, be aware that your reply goes to the whole list. If you want to
email me alone make sure to change the To field. More than once students
have emailed personal messages to the whole list, so just be careful.
