[Circulation] FYI: No More Paper Towels July 1

Hi All, 

I received a call from Steve Duffy, the lead custodial supervisor, to
let me know that as of July 1 the physical plant will not be stocking
paper towels in campus bathrooms that have hand dryers. If we request
paper towels from the phys plant we will be asked to supply a budget
number, otherwise we have to buy our own.
