Hello All, 

You are receiving this email because I am expecting you to return to
work at the library for the fall semester. If you are not going to
continue working here please let me know ASAP so that I know how many
new students I have to hire. According to Janel in Student Employment
you may all work 8 hours per week and you may start working on Tuesday,
9/8. I've posted the temporary schedule, please take shifts from
Tuesday, 9/8 through Monday, 9/14. As always, please fill the evenings
and weekends first if possible. During that time we will be open: 

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday & Sunday, 10am - 10pm 

I anticipate having the schedule meeting on Monday, 9/14 at 5:30 pm. If
your friends apply for jobs please let me know who they are, I do
appreciate referrals from current workers. 

The library will be open this Saturday - Monday, 10am-5pm. You may come
in during those hours to choose shifts on the temporary schedule. I will
draw on the shifts on the schedule - I do ask that you do not customize
the weekend shifts but there is flexibility on the weekday shifts as not
everyone is available for 4 hour blocks. If possible, please choose 8
hours to work in the next week.
