[Circulation] Head Count Reminder

Hi Everyone, 

Just a reminder that it's time start doing head counts now that there is
a regular schedule. If there comes a time when you are the only one at
the desk, please record that in the head count book for that time and do
not leave it blank. I count the blanks as it not being done at all.
