[Circulation] Janterm Schedule

Hello All, 

Happy New Year! Our Janterm schedule has been reduced even further than
in years past, our open hours will be: 

Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 8pm
Friday, 8:30 am -5pm
Saturday & Sunday, 10am - 5pm 

Bev will now be working Sunday-Thursday and Courtney Tuesday-Saturday.
Because of this new schedule, we will only need one student to be
working per weekend shift. So here is the Janterm shift structure:

Monday-Thursday: 9am-12:30pm, 12:30-4pm, and 4-8pm
Friday: 9am - 1pm, 1 - 5pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10am - 1:30pm, 1:30-5pm 

Because Courtney will no longer be working Monday nights I would like
two students scheduled from 4-8 just on that night. I would like only
one student per shift on all of the rest of the shifts. 

Please post to the list to claim shifts, or else stop by on Monday, 1/5
to take some. If someone could commit to taking the 4-8 shift on Monday,
1/5, I would appreciate it, even if you don't take this as a regular
shift. If you take Janterm shifts, you will work them through Sunday,
1/19. After that we will begin the temporary spring schedule which you
will work until we have the spring schedule meeting. 

If you send me questions about Janterm I may not respond until I return
to the library on Monday as I am only sporadically checking email while
the college is closed.
