[Circulation] Library Will Be Open Noon-8pm Monday

Hello All, 

I've just spoken with Jennifer and the library will be open noon-8pm
Monday. Caroline and Libby will have the late shift off. Everyone in
between, I ask that you work your regular shifts. If conditions get
really bad we will close the library, but as of now we will be open.
