[Circulation] Library Opening at 10 Tuesday

Hello All, 

In case anyone asks about it, the library is opening at 10 on Tuesday
morning because emergency generators are going to be tested on campus.
While the work is expected to be done around 9 we don't want patrons in
here turning on computers and using the elevators in case the
electricians need to make adjustments.
