[Circulation] OPEN SHIFTS: SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 8 - MIDNIGHT

There is one slot open on the Saturday 8-midnight shift and two on
Sunday's, meaning no one has taken either Talha or Ian's sub requests.
Please post to the list if you are able to take either of these night's
shifts.
