[Circulation] Instructions for Submitting Div IIIs

Hello All, 

This is to let you all know that there are printed instructions for
submitting div IIIs to the library on yellow paper at the InfoBar in a
pamphlet holder. Behind the instructions, on white paper, are copies of
the Intellectual Property Statement. Please ask students to complete one
of these statements before accepting a hard copy of their div III. These
instructions have already been emailed to graduating students, but I've
attached a copy to this email in case they missed or ignored mine. 

InfoBar Student Workers:
Please look over the submission guidelines so you are somewhat familiar
with them. If a May grad wishes to hand in a copy of their div III
during hours when staff are not here, please leave it on the staff desk
at the InfoBar with a note indicating that it is a div III submission.
