Hi All, 

You are receiving this email because I am expecting you to return to
work at the library for the fall semester. Please email me back to me
let me know whether or not you plan on coming back. Don't forget that if
you hit reply to this message it will be posted back to the list, so
make sure it comes to me only. 

You are eligible to start working on Tuesday, 9/2, and we encourage you
to start working as soon as you can. I will post the temporary schedule
for you to choose hours. I ask that each of you choose three 4-hour
shifts (or 12 hours total). The temporary schedule will run through the
night of the schedule meeting, which is tentatively scheduled for
Monday,
September 8. We will be open until 10pm each night during the temporary
schedule 

The library will be open 10am-5pm Sunday-Monday this weekend. Please
come in and choose hours on the temporary schedule as soon as you can.
The temporary schedule is posted on the bulletin board behind the
InfoBar. As usual, please cover nights and weekends first. Please do not
double up if possible. If anyone can commit to working some hours on
Tuesday that would be great as it will be a crazy busy day for all of
us. Pauline has already graciously claimed 6-10 that night. 

Please contact me with questions about the temporary schedule. There
have been a lot of changes on campus and here at the library this summer
and we can't wait for you all to be back.
