[Circulation] Summer / End of Semester Schedule

Hello All, 

I seem to have created some confusion when I asked who would like to
work here during the summer. The spring semester officially ends on
Commencement, so summer begins on Monday, May 19. 

The last REQUIRED day of work for the semester is Sunday, May 11. You
will work regular shifts through midnight that day. Work is optional,
but encouraged, Monday, May 12 -Saturday, May 17 (Commencement). The
schedule for that week will be: 

Monday - Thursday, May 12 - 15: 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday, May 16: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday, May 17: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 

Several of you have mentioned that you will be here through the week of
Commencement and that is great! I'll soon be posting a temporary
schedule for that week so you can pick shifts for that week. Please take
only shifts you are certain you can work (please check to make sure the
buses are still running if you live off campus) and as usual, please try
to staff the evening shifts first if possible. There will be lots of
returns and reshelving as students empty their rooms, so please consider
working through Commencement week if you are able.
