Hello All,

Unfortunately the Scannx books scanner freezes up frequently. Here
are the instructions for restarting it:

1. Plug any keyboard in to the usb port on the bottom right of the
monitor. There is a square rubber flap covering the usb port. There
is a photo of the location of the port on the libguide
(http://libguides.hampshire.edu/aecontent.php?pid=434829&sid=3557899).

2. Press control/alt/delete, then use the down facing arrow to select
the Log Off prompt. Press Return.

3.Use the right facing arrow to tab over to the 3rd account, SX User.
Hit Return to select that account. The machine will now be restarted.

These instructions are now on the Libguide under the Printing and
Scanning tab. Instructions for adding money to print accounts from my
previous message are in the Library Basics tab and the Printing and
Scanning tab.

Thank you,

Suzanne
