[Circulation] Close Browser to Log Off Patrons' Accounts Completely

Hi All,
This is to let you know of a problem we are experiencing with the way
Hampshire IDs are interacting with the Aleph authentication. Here's
the problem, we help patrons request books with an InfoBar computer or
personal laptop. After requesting the books we logoff . When you log
in again to request items for yourself or another patron the first
patron's account comes up and is still active. This problem is not
browser-specific.
Abby is working with Steve Bischof to resolve this problem.
