[Circulation] Updates to the Libguide

Hello All,

I made a couple of changes to the Libguide this morning.  On the  
Library Basics and News page I've added the late shift schedule  
showing which students are working which nights.  In the Announcements  
block I posted our end of semester hours through January 1.  I also  
eliminated the Mold tab since the remediation is finished.
