[Circulation] video carrel B

Hello All,

If anyone who borrows the key to video carrel B and says the key  
doesn't work, tell them to pull on the knob while turning the key.  It  
really does work!  It's always been like this plus I just tested it.   
I will put a note on the door explaining this.
