Hello All,

Welcome back!!!  You are receiving this message because I am expecting  
you to return to work at the library for the fall semester.  If this  
is not the case please let me know so that I can remove you from this  
mailing list.

You are eligible to begin working on Tuesday, 9/4.  You can stop by to  
sign up for hours this weekend when we will be open 10-5 Saturday -  
Monday.  On Tuesday we will be open 8:30-4:30, and starting on  
Wednesday 8:30am - 10:00pm.  I'm asking for coverage of Wednesday and  
Thursday 4:30pm - 10:00pm to start.  Courtney's grandmother passed  
away and she will be out those days for the wake and funeral and we  
need to cover the time from when I leave to closing.  The temporary  
schedule has been posted.  It will run through Tuesday, 9/11 when we  
will have our schedule meeting.  Beginning on 9/12 we will be open  
until midnight and you will start working your regular fall shifts.   
Please take at least 12 hours on the temporary schedule, covering  
Wednesday and Thursday nights and the weekends first.

Thank you and I look forward to seeing you all.  I'll be sending a  
memo about things that have changed since you were last here on Tuesday.
